Our fearless team leaders are Rick and Stephanie. They have been involved in real estate development for most of their adult life. After selling their company, they moved down to Florida to make it their main endeavor.

Delaney is our ultra talented designer. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with her degree in interior design. Her very first home as lead designer sold for the most expensive home in all of Sarasota/Manatee Co. in 2023

Clay is our relentless project manager. He obtained his bachelor's, as well as his MBA, while playing Linebacker for Western Kentucky University. Clay's entire professional career has been planted around developing and selling multi million dollar beach homes.
